As well as probably flouting employment laws in preferring to hire women in their 50's rather than their late 20's - she sets a dreadful example for any female employer who, I suspect do not share her views. Has she made such offensive comments to sell her newspaper? I suspect the publicity will be negative and hopefully make women stop and buy another paper - I hope. She clearly has no idea how women view their position in the workplace or their role in bringing into the world the next working generation. Philip "ITV" Schofield I agree about Schofiled, he seems to be Mr ITV. He is old, out of touch and his views on This Morning are nothing short of the sort of view you can expect to hear sitting at some middle class dinner party.
Out of touch, over the hill and so condescending i WILL never watch a show with him presenting.
Not only is he on 7 days a week on ITV, he now has the Cube, DOI, and he even muscled in on the Royal Wedding.

Scraping the barrel Whats happened to Eamonn Holmes I used to think he was articulate and intelligent even borderline cool, but this show (or working with his wife) has totally emasculated him.
