Mark Lamarr This show needs Mark or a similar host full time or it only has a few series left. Phill doesn't seem to enjoy doing it and Noel already seems a lot less funny than when he started. come back simon amstell I've got to be brutal but honest - buzzcocks is rubbish since simon amstell left. You could argue that never mind the buzzcocks was only a music quiz when it started with Mark Lamarr, and it is now, but does that make the show any better? I'd rather buzzcocks was poor in terms of being a music quiz but excellent quick-wittedness and banter, than a pretty good music quiz with not as good a comedy factor - Simon Amstell if you're reading this please come back to buzzcocks, it's not quite the same without you.
