simplicity excellently some of u have issues! jamies representation of food/cooking is to bring it to the mass's, simple ideas, simple ingredients splendid food! admitably they often take me more than 30 minutes to create personally but im not a trained chef and dont expect to do so! Food full of flavour, simply done. Jamie's 30 minute meals really are easy to make, full of flavour meals! Great food for family meals, for kids, social times... so many different occasions. Bought the book and have tried some of the recipes. Can't wait to try them all! :)2:35pm Sun 23 Jan

love this man I have looked at most of the episodes of Jamie's 30 minute meals. Jamie is unpretentious, his food is full of natural flavours and sooo easy to make, healthy and good for you. I personally like his attitude about food, it does not have to be or look complicated, simplicity is key. I am from an ethnic background so I like a variety of flavourful food. Good stuff. great ideas tried some of these dishes and really had success with them. I am a terrible cook, I found his cooking very tasty, and easy, I like Jamie's simple and down to earth approach to his cooking, the main thing is not to fuss, but to enjoy what you eat.
