Who foots the bill? The tax payer. If it was you on the hill having been caught out by the unpredictable weather on a family walk you would be pleased as punch to see a SAR helicopter. People complain about the expense or futility of the conflict in Afghanistan but please stop to consider the military contribution to support the UK population in times of need. NO SUBTITLES AGAIN!! Once more a program we would have enjoyed, but the advertised subtitles where intermitent. You can't lip read helicopter crews who have mircrophones in front of their mouths.
