I was really pleased about the bungalow project in Devon with the lovely family whose mum unfortunately suffers from M.E. (also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Your team and all the volunteers did a wonderful job.
I sympathised with the family as my husband suffers from the same debilitating condition however the NHS don't recognise in our area (East Sussex) so I would be very interested and extremely grateful to hear from the family and others who are in a similar position as to how best cope with M.E. and how to get support from local authorities and the NHS.
I look forward to watching the DIY SOS team make dreams come true and to hearing from you soon on this page.
