Patronising
Great visuals, but facts are not so good in this prog. Gaelic dancing mentioned this week - there is no such thing. There are ceilidhs (gaelic word for gathering) with, stories, music & dancing. Barra referred to as most southerly inhabited island of Outer Hebrides - it's not, Vatersay is! Get it right please as this leads to patronising VO. And finally the Reformation did reach Scotland in 1560 led by John Knox.

a Great view on life
I love this series the priests are kind and caring and the islands are beautiful. I hope it promotes more visiters to a way of life thats quickly disappearing sadly.

Most Enjoyable!
I enjoyed this programme enormously. Love the way of life there, in fact would live there given the chance. The people there are so happy and enjoy their island. A little bit of religion doesn't seem to do them any harm.10/10

Ignorance
We are told that Henry 8th's reformation did not reach Barra and Southg Uist. Actually, it didn't reach Scotland, since Henry 8th was a foreign king.
